I often don't recognize that I'm heading towards burnout – or am already neck-deep in – until it's too late. I struggle to recognize when I need rest, when I should push through, or even what my needs are. So, I analyzed my patterns and behaviors in different stages of burnout and came up with solutions for each stage to prevent or stop the burnout cycle before I abandon yet another project.
