When Pina Varnel was finally diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 28, she began drawing comics to describe her experiences of discovering and managing her symptoms. What started as a form of self-therapy quickly caught the attention and interest of those around her. Driven by curiosity, she spontaneously shared her comics on Twitter and was overwhelmed by the sheer number of positive responses. Her follower count soon grew into the hundreds of thousands across multiple social media platforms. Since then, her artistic skills have evolved significantly, but her passion for helping others navigate the challenges she once faced has remained unchanged.
