I often don't recognize that I'm heading towards burnout – or am already neck-deep in – until it's too late. I struggle to recognize when I need rest, when I should push through, or even what my needs are. So, I analyzed my patterns and behaviors in different stages of burnout and came up with solutions for each stage to prevent or stop the burnout cycle before I abandon yet another project.

The ADHD Burnout Cycle is an original work of mine from 2019. I have revised the text and redrawn all the artwork.

How to Care for It
  • Unroll carefully after unpacking – slight curl from shipping is normal
  • For best results, weigh down corners with flat objects for a few hours or overnight
  • Printed on glossy, coated paper – surface is relatively resistant to smudges and light marks
  • Minor stains or water-based pen marks can often be removed gently with a soft, damp cloth
  • For display, we recommend a frameless acrylic glass mount
