I remember so many times doodling little animals and anime characters in my notebooks during class to help me focus. I didn’t understand why it helped me back then, but I knew that without it, none of what the teacher said seemed to reach my brain. I had some lovely teachers who immediately understood this, and some who sadly saw it as a sign of disrespect.

Remembering this, I wanted to put this sentiment into a drawing, so it would be easier for others to understand. We all do things in our own way, and that is amazing.
