ADHD Alien Bag Charm - Embracing ADHD

I designed this acrylic bag charm to remind myself that I'm not fighting against my ADHD, but that I benefit much more from embracing it and working with it. It's meant to add a little personality to backpacks, tote bags, handbags, and other everyday bags, while quietly expressing a part of who you are.

I often try to ignore the fact that I have ADHD and to "not let ADHD hold me back," only to end up struggling and getting frustrated with myself. Instead, I want to approach each day with curiosity toward myself, my needs, and my own sometimes odd habits, keeping an open mind about the ways of doing things that work best for me.
