Combined Type ADHD

Combined ADHD is a mix of hyperactive and inattentive characteristics across the ADHD spectrum, and every combination is unique. It is characterized by the constant push and pull between impulsivity and getting lost in thought. Shifting between seeking excitement and stimulation, and drifting in and out of focus. Their curiosity and drive make them creative and adaptable, yet their fluctuating attention and impulsivity can sometimes lead to a lack of trust in themselves and their abilities. Despite this, it gives them deep insight and a fresh perspective on life – making unexpected connections and remaining open to new possibilities.
