ADHD Alien Poster - The 3 ADHD Types

With this poster, I wanted to playfully show that there is more than one type of ADHD – and offer a reminder that, while we might share a diagnosis, the way we experience ADHD and the world around us can still vary greatly. And this difference is entirely valid. I also want to highlight that, although there are different types, it's not always clear-cut and it's more of a spectrum.

While I intended this to be a lighthearted introduction to the ADHD types, I take it very seriously to ensure that my work is accurate in both content and wording. I only include information that is supported by reputable scientific sources and research.
